Holiday DTF and transfer ordering deadlines 2026

The holiday rush is when a missed cutoff costs you the most. This guide lays out when to order Direct to Film transfers, screenprinted transfers, UV DTF stickers and 3D Permanent Stickers so your orders ship before the holiday closures.

Standard orders ship in 2 business days or less. Holiday ship dates depend on two things: your product's turnaround (1 day or 2 day) and the shipping method you choose.

1 day and 2 day turn products

Every product has a turnaround time, and that time sets your ship date. Turnaround times can change, so we keep the current list in one place. Check Turnaround Times and Shipping to see whether your product is 1 day or 2 day turn, then use the dates below.

Thanksgiving and Black Friday

We operate regular business hours on Black Friday, November 27. Our production facility is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26. UPS and USPS operate normally on Black Friday.

Orders placed before 3 PM ET on Wednesday, November 25

• 1 day turn orders ship on Friday, November 27.
• 2 day turn orders ship on Monday, November 30.

Orders placed after 3 PM ET on Wednesday, November 25, through 3 PM ET on Friday, November 27

• 1 day turn orders ship on Monday, November 30.
• 2 day turn orders ship on Tuesday, December 1.

Christmas order-by dates

If you need your order in hand for Christmas, these are the two dates to work from:

• Ground: order by 3 PM ET on Thursday, December 17. The last Ground pickup before Christmas is Wednesday, December 23.
• 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air: order by 3 PM ET on Monday, December 21.

Christmas Eve, December 24

We operate regular business hours. Because of the UPS Holiday Delivery schedule, UPS only picks up 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders on December 24. Ground orders are not picked up. Christmas falls on a Friday, so the next Ground pickup is Monday, December 28.

Orders placed before 3 PM ET on December 23

• Ground, 1 or 2 day turn: ships Monday, December 28.
• 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, 1 day turn: ships Thursday, December 24.
• 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, 2 day turn: ships Monday, December 28.

Christmas Day, December 25

Our production facility is closed. Most parcel carriers, including UPS, do not pick up or deliver packages on this day.

New Year's Eve, December 31

We operate regular business hours. UPS only picks up 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders on December 31, and Ground orders are not picked up. New Year's Day falls on a Friday, so the next Ground pickup is Monday, January 4.

Orders placed before 3 PM ET on December 30

• Ground, 1 or 2 day turn: ships Monday, January 4.
• 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, 1 day turn: ships Thursday, December 31.
• 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, 2 day turn: ships Monday, January 4.

New Year's Day, January 1

Our production facility is closed. Most parcel carriers, including UPS, do not pick up or deliver packages on this day.

Support and pickup on holiday dates

• Support hours: Support runs regular hours, 9 AM to 5 PM, on Black Friday, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Staffing may be reduced, so expect replies to take a little longer.
• NJ pickup: Pickup is available on Black Friday, December 24 and December 31 during those same hours, 9 AM to 5 PM.
• Same day and rush options: Availability depends on our production queue and can change on the day. Check the options shown at checkout before you plan around them.
