The Surf Nation team loves our Varsity formula but hoped for an even easier application method. We met this challenge by printing our ever-popular Varsity formula on clear film. The clear film ensures precise placement and application, with all the benefits of the standard Varsity formula.
613 Originals created custom opaque colors to perfectly match brand colors, ensuring that no matter the garment color, their brand colors would ring true. Our team also created premium metallic colors for the Surf Nation transfers.
After solving the initial challenges of quality and delivery, Surf Nation faced another unforeseen challenge - the dye from their custom-made Nike jerseys began to bleed. Our team formulated a bespoke, proprietary high-performance, dye-blocking formula to prevent dye-migration. This advanced formula blocks dye migration from the dyed polyester fibers, ensuring each player's jersey looks perfect from first press to regular use on and off the field.
